Professor Jake is a firm advocate of the “Jiu Jitsu For Everyone” attitude that is the backbone of Gracie Barra. When he bows onto the mat, his goal is to better anyone with his precise instruction of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, regardless of athletic prowess, age, or mental ability.
Jonny has been involved in the sports industry for many years working for the NFL and the NHL. In 2011 he began working for Gracie Barra as the Regional Marketing Director and is currently the Kids Coach at Gracie Barra West County.
Brad Lentz began training martial arts as a teenager with karate and kickboxing during which he found Jiu Jitsu and his passion and usefulness in the art. Coach Brad has been involved with the team in the midwest and St. Louis since it’s formation 6 years ago.
For nearly 20 years, Jody has served in the nonprofit industry inspiring young women to be tomorrow’s leaders. Her love for fitness and passion for empowering women, has led to the development of a Women’s Self Defense Program.
A recent transplant from Colorado, where she owned her own dance studio for six years. Jennifer began her personal yoga practice in 2004. Jennifer decided to take her practice to the next level, and is RYT 200 certified with Yoga Alliance.
