Coach Jody Token

For nearly 20 years, Jody has served in the nonprofit industry inspiring young women to be tomorrow’s leaders. In 2014, Jody and her teenage daughters joined Gracie Barra West County to learn self-defense. The Gracie Barra “Jiu-jitsu for Everyone” philosophy compelled her to continue training resulting in losing 20 pounds, gaining muscle and realizing a healthy lifestyle. Her love for fitness and passion for empowering women, has led to the development of a Women’s Self Defense Program. Jody is excited to exemplify the “Jiu-jitsu for Everyone “ philosophy with everyone she meets.
